
Tonight I made one of my wife's favorites, Mabo-Tofu. All the eggplants, green peppers, and carrots are locally grown organics from Tanaka Farms in Irvine. Even the tofu is organic from Nijiya Market in Gardena. Aren't you proud - I don't just talk the talk... and I like quische damnit - even if Miho agrees that it's femine food!
