While working camera support on Lyon in the Kitchen Season 2, I got to sample the goods at the lobster festival in Redondo Beach. I ate about 2 of these jumbo sized wonders. Now that's good eating. But I must admit the spiney lobster at Puerto Nuevo Mexico was a bit tastier but don't mistake this comment as any form of complaint about the opportunity to eat Maine lobster.
