Spanish Breakfast

Continuing the Spanish theme for breakfast. A little left over Spanish rice with a Spanish omlette stuffed with red pepper sauce, carrots and green beans. Ok so it's not a Spanish omlette by the book but it can pass for one - and it tastes good.
