Preaching the praises of Kobocha

A lady at 99 Ranch Market was asking around how to cook kabocha (Japanese pumpkin) with no luck until she caught me. I just happen to have a lot to say about making soup, braising, and baking kabocha. So I bought a kabocha for myself too.
