Home made crispy garlic chili oil to mimic the S&B rayu that costs $10 a jar.

I adore S&B's crispy garlic chili oil from Japan but is costs $10 a jar. So I tried to make some myself with fried garlic and shallots with chili sesame oil. Texture is not bad but have to work on the flavor.
