Salt's Cure in West Hollywood: cured appetizers (pate is amazing), rare veal, pork chop, and rare swordfish. Deep aged flavors.

Salt's cure veal and pork chop are phenomenally good and rich with that aged tenderness. Never had rare swordfish - very tuna-like but with a distict and thick layer of fat and red meat.
