Salju Desert: Vietnamese coffee snow ice with condensed milk, sliced almonds, coffee jelly, & taro pudding.

1st time eating snow ice. Not quite what I expected. Thought it'd be fluffy but when you dig your spoon on it compresses into something more like ice cream. Not bad though.
