Fresh braised brat over farmer's market spinach and roasted peppers. Broke out my 8 year aged balsamic vinegar - so smooth.

I almost forgot I had my 8 year aged balsamic vinegar in the back of my pantry. Now it's pushing 11 years and tastes as sweet and smooth as ever!
