Yamakurage （山くらげ） found a few package while at Yamanaka hot springs in Kanazawa, Japan.

I found a package of yamakurage （山くらげ） while at the Yamanaka hot springs in my Mom's hometown of Kanazawa, Japan. Of course my aunts scoffed that the packaged stuff wasn't comparable to pickling the crunchy plant from fresh stalks.
