The lowest costing Michelin Star rated restaurant is a dim sum place - cheap and oh so good!

Turns out the place we ate for lunch was the same chain as the dim sum place we went for dinner and better yet it has the distinguished rep of being the cheapest Michelin Star rated restaurant.
