Garbage Disposal Blues

I am truly an idiot. I decided to feed my garbage disposal some oranges (no skin), left over rice, a half gallon of rotten milk I forgot to put in the fridge, and some stew I made that got fuzzy sitting over night. So now my garbage disposal is throwing all that back up and causing a stink. I usually can handle most plumbing problems but this one will require a pro... and someone without a gag reflex. And I'm sure it's going to cost me.
