Sea Empress in Gardena: beef stew in claypot with tendon & daikon, one of my favorite meat eater's meal

Sea Empress's beef stew claypot is chunks of super tender beef & ginger-soysauce marinated tendon. The stuff just melts in your mouth. There's also some daikon radishes to soak up the juices.
