Fish-o-licious: lemon butter sole and scallops

Sole fillet at Fish-o-licious in Fountain Valley was a little soft in consistency - like the whites of a sunny side up egg. I prefer a little more flaky fish. Scallops were expensive at $7 for 4 pieces.
