Louis Burger III carnitas plate and carne asada quesadillas

Louis Burger III is an all day breakfast-lunch-dinner, anything fried & greasy, Ameri-Mex kind of place. Carnitas were nice & fatty (not bad but not best). Needed the salad to clean the palate.
