Fountain of Inspiration

A great pleasure of reading the 1st few chapters of a great novel is that I get worked up about a concept & preconceive how it might play out. Often my preconceived notions are different than what the book ultimately is, but then I walk away with the seed of inspiration for an original script plot of my own.
