Fried yucca is one of my favorite South American treats. It has a unique texture in comparison to potatoes that gives it an extra crispy outside with nice soft center. This dish I enjoyed at Bossa Nova on Sunset in LA. Service to price ratio was off but food was good with a nice Brazilian flare to pizzas and pastas.
