
I'll say it here, Fukagawa in Gardena has the best pork fillet katsu this side of the west coast. I did eat a decent pork katsu in New York but I must say the actual flavor and texture of the pork at Fukagawa is excellent primarily because they use fresh pork that is not frozen. You can taste the difference. And compared to the tonkatsu restaurant in NY this place is fairly reasonable in price ($14).
