Paco's Carnitas

Paco's Tacos's carnitas taco was actually tastier than the concinita pibil taco. But still nothing compares to the carnitas I had in Blyth while stuck in the middle of nowhere (on our way to Arizona). I don't think I have pictures, damnit!
