At El Rocoto Peruvian restaurant. 1st off is Chicha Morada, a Peruvian punch that has a distinct tag (tamarind?). Bread is accompanied by a red creamy sauce that burns the tongue but tastes nice and zesty. The green sauce is cooler with almost a cucumber taste.
