Frenchy's Long Beach

So my main course was the short ribs which was very good but not exciting like my wife's succulent steak plate or my brother in law's vibrant duck dish. I must note that eating the tender braised meat with cuts of the horse radish (the large white half moons) gave the short rib an aroma and depth that I would not have liked as a child - a very adult taste.
