One reason I kind of wanted to come for Jury Duty was to use my new fandangled Kindle 2. Had it for about a week and I really enjoy reading on it. It's really got me back into books - something that's been fading since graduating a few years back. We'll see if it has a lasting effect. I also appreciate that it's connected all the time for instant access to Amazon's library of books without any monthly connection fees. It has some Internet capabilities but it's not made for web browsing so that experience is a bit clunky. But I can check e-mail, although the Jury Duty assembly room does have Wi-Fi.
