Quite honestly, I probably couldn't tell you the difference between an Impossible & a beef Whopper in a blind taste test - mostly because Burger King is such a low bar of quality, that I mostly wouldn't care at that point. So to get back on track, dinner is a sous vide NY bone-in steak, wafu style, with grated daikon and some legit ponzu sauce and side of raw soft tofu. #skyguy76ig
