Sous vide corned beef is pretty good but I wish I had a deli slicer to get nice uniform cuts of that firm meat. But I must say I prefer pressure cooked corned beef - it's tender & meaty and reminds me more of Langers style pastrami & corned beef. #skyguy76ig
