I've heard of tacos al vapor (steamed tacos) but this is my 1st taste. It's almost a cross between a street taco & a tamale. The corn tortilla is moist, but not mushy, absorbing all those flavorful juice & grease from the braised meat giving the taco a vibrant red-orange color. They pack the lettuce & pickled carrots separate to keep the tacos nice & hot. #skyguy76ig
