SKYguy76: So after all that hubbub with brining my turkey in the end it turned out... fairly good but not as entirely as moist as I hoped. One extremely odd occurrence was one breast came out very flavorful but on the dry side whereas the other breast was very moist but less of the brine flavor & more of that poultry meatiness. I don't know how I accomplished such a thing but it worked out for the better I'd say. But it's back to the drawing board to bring back the glory days! I got a year to science the s*** out of the next turkey recipe! Happy Thanks! #skyguy76ig
