I have hit left-over turkey sandwich nirvana: (from the bottom up), soft Japanese style white bread (slightly toasted), ripe avocado, a little Japanese mayo, fresh alfalfa sprouts, thin sliced tomato, my custom brined Thanksgiving turkey (I made a white & dark meat sandwich), my homemade gravy from turkey drippings & flavored with stewed brine & evaporated milk, freshly crisped bacon, Swiss cheese (2 slices), & a thin layer of cranberry jelly on the top slice of soft bread. The beautiful stack held together to the last bite & best of all, the girls are out so it was all mine! #skyguy76ig
