Made a pot of dashi (kombu-soy) over the weekend which will be the base of most of my dishes during the week - so far it's yielded the base seasoning for yaki udon, pork veggie stir fry, & tonight's oden. Tomorrow might be takikomi gohan (Japanese pilaf-like rice). #skyguy76ig
