Happy Cinco de Mayo! Of course our local Mexican supermercado didn't have taco hardshells (of Tex-Mex origin) so we went with big-a** tortillas for some big-a** burritos filled with trompa, carnitas, puerco verde, and/or carne guisada. #skyguy76ig
