So I'm sitting at my desk, at home, amazed that I can track my Amazon one-day delivery in real time as the blue dot stopped at my building on the map. Then strangely the dot went around my building and then paused all over the place before my screen cut out and said the package was "undeliverable." So I contacted customer service chat who asked me if I needed tech support. I said I needed delivery support so they f***ing had the Fire TV support call me? So I explained my situation again and they put me on hold. Then I get a call from ANOTHER Amazon rep so I put the 1st hold line on hold and answered the 2nd line to a rep asking if I needed help. I explain I got 2 of them on the line so he told me I get to decide who will help me. So I hung up on that guy and went back to the 1st line explaining yet again my situation when the 2nd line rang again. I let it go to voicemail and the 2nd line rep left a message saying he thought we got cut off. Now the 1st line guy says I need to talk to the delivery carrier and I explain it was a one-day delivery so it's f***ing Amazon, you guys, that were the carrier. So I get transferred again, I explained again, and I was told they'll redeliver tomorrow. What a cluster f***! I'm not making this s*** up. So much for one-day delivery and my amazement.
