Finally tried the Costco bbq brisket sam-ich and it ain't no joke. They build to order because it's got so much grease it soaks right through the soft bun. A bit of spice but pretty good taste & texture. It's like a shredded beef man-wich/sloppy joe. Not for the faint of heart. #fb #twit
