F***ing mother lets her kid go wild as she socializes. Kid gets hurt and it's up to a total stranger to bring the crying kid back to mother's attention. I hate getting up in people's business but man do I wanna slap that mother. If that kid walks just a few more yards out, she'll be in the street with heavy traffic.
