A BBC documentary on the Michelin Star ratings for restaurants - nothing mind blowing but I always find an interest in culinary topics of competition, creativity, and criticism. It reminds me of film making in many ways. There is a brief mention of the lowest cost Michelin rated, dim sum restaurant I ate at in Hong Kong.
