Filipino feast at my niece and nephew's b-day party starts with garlic shrimp & pork empanada's

It's been awhile since I enjoyed the Filipino flavors introduced by my brother-in-law. Tonight we're talkin bijon (fried rice noodles), empanada (chicken & pork meat pies), Filipino ketchup style spagetti, fritada (some kind of chicken braise).
