Tacos San Pedro: Tripa (tripe), Cabeza (beef head), Buche (pork intestine), Lengua (beef tongue), Carnitas (pork), Al Pastor (spicy pork).

Suprisingly the Buche (intestine) taco at Tacos San Pedro was the most interesting because it was seared to a crunchy, chewy goodness. Cabesa (head) taco also had a nice tender texture.
