Thanks for your comments! We appreciate them! And yes, the Alligator is tough, its a really tough meat, no way around it! But still fun to try! Our veggie jerky has been really popular, even for us meat eaters, its still good! Also, try some of our fish jerkies; Ahi tuna (my favorite), Salmon, Tout and Marlin!
