Vegan gone good

Portabella mushroom sandwich with roasted red pepper is one of the many vegan dishes at Avanti in Newport Beach that don't make me think twice about my love for meat. I came here a few years back to shoot a TV show called Lyon in the Kitchen. Remembered the great eats and finally was in the area to enjoy it again. The "chips" were a variety of baked potato, carrot, and other unidentified veggies sprinkled with seeds and spices.
