Baked to perfection

A few weeks back Miho and I went to Spoon Bakery (? the exact name escapes me) in Gardena. They have a decent Japanese style gratin (it takes a little longer to make so you have to order early) with a creamy white sauce and chunks of seafood and pasta. The other pasta selections are good and have that Japanese fusion flare. We also ate spagetti with asari and shimeiji mushrooms. The wife seems to like the watery broth kind of sauce but I prefer a thick full bodied sauce.
