Ah our modern mix okonomiyaki has arrived. Since you can only do monja on the hotplate we asked the kitchen to make our okonomiyaki. Which ended up being a good call because it takes some skill to get the strips of pork and noodles on the outside crispy while maintaining a nice soft center of veggies.
