What a find, a place in Torrance where you can make your own okonomiyaki and monjayaki. Some say they're the American equivalent to pizza or a pancake but they're pretty unique to Japan. So in this picture my lovely wife is posing as if she's making our monjayaki by mashing all the ingredients on a hotplate. We ordered the mentaiko mochi cheese monja. Of course I kicked my meal off with a apple soda ice cream float
