Gelato gone whacky

Finally had a chance to drop by a gellato place in LA called Scoops. It was recommended to me by a friend and it didn't disappoint. The key interest here is all the unusual flavors they have day in day out. This day I got Jim Bean Tiramisu and Oreo Marscaponi. The 1st definitely had that whiskey bitter-sourness but much less Tiramisu while the Oreo crunch definitely worked with the vanilla cinnamon fragrance of the Marscaponi. I also tried a gellato called something Bread (I don't quite remember the name) which was basically Grape Nuts and vanilla. Other I recall are soy peanut butter and blueberry coconut. I dig it.
