Seafood Empress in Gardena is a regular stop for us eventhough I consider it average compared to some of our other favorite Chinese destinations. We usually start out with corn soup which has a nice savory chicken flavor (for some reason I'm really into chicken lately). I'd say I like the way the Chinese prepare chicken 2nd only to the French.
