Here is the beef stew omu-rice plate from Manky's cafe in Gardena. A tomato based beefy stew poured over rice wrapped in an omlette egg blanket. I would have preferred the rice to be fried rice or even ketchup fried rice (the traditional style Japanese omu-rice) but this was actually a good hearty homestyle fusion food experience. I'm a sucker for anything topped with egg... let me think about that before I totally commit. On the side there's the hash browns and popcorn chicken.
