Here's one of the places I crave every so often, A & J Chinese. The picture is of their spicy beef and tendon noodles (the thicker style noodles). As sides my wife and I will usually get shredded tofu salad, tofu skin with mustard greens, uba (tofu skin) with mushrooms, and sometimes I'll get the mashed tofu with 1000 year old egg.
