Cold Bibimba

I was never one for cold-savory dishes - cold soups just sound unsanitary to me. But after some thought, I do like me a cold cut sandwich now and then along with a number of other cold dishes. So why not a cold Bibimba loaded with meat, Asian veggies, lettuce, tofu, seaweed, all topped with a raw egg. You mix in a steaming bowl of rice (so I guess it's not all cold) and a nice helping of fermented chili paste. It's a refreshing but filling meal for lunch or dinner.
