Dim Sum

One of my favorites at dim sum is the chimaki or sticky rice wrapped in leaves. Inside is a nice melody of pork, shrimp, and chicken. We enjoyed this and many other good eats at NBC Chinese Restaurant in Monterey Park with Yuuchan and Kazu.
