Kabobs
In wanting to cook some food on the grill, since it was raining last time, I put together some kabobs with an assortment of fresh vegetables from a local farm - zuchinni, peppers, egg plant, onions. I intertwined the vegies with kurobuta pork belly cuts which is basically bacon without the curing and salt. That was accompanied by kabobs of rose potatoes marinated in a little olive oil, herbs du Provance, salt, pepper. In a package of foil I steamed some fresh broccoli with some butter. Threw those suckers on the grill and just tried not to burn them.
