It doesn't look like much but this is 1/2 of a Langer's (in downtown LA) pastrami sandwich. I've been waiting to this moment.

I've had my sights on Langer's deli for awhile. I've heard so many good things about their pastrami and biting into a sample of those thick cuts of tender spiced beef has only intrigued me even more!
