Curry Truck in front of Nijiya market. Their curry is just OK, but my curry standards are really high.

I'm the guy who will spend half a day making Japanese curry rice with prime beef, ox tail, shrimp & scallops or caramelized summer vegies so a food truck offering Japanese curry better be frigging good. Unfortunately the curry was too unspectacular muddled with cabbage garnish all over the top instead of off to the side. Rice was too mushy - I prefer firm rice for curry.
