And here we go! 1st round of food in Hokkaido included deep fried lamb in a nice tart salad, chicken sashimi (slightly blanched in hot water), pickled jelly fish, salmon onigiri, & chicken innerds yakitori. All washed down with Sapporo beer & high-balls. #skyguy76ig
